Mahealani Place – Framing

Project Value: $100,000. Completed Spring 2013. 1,922 s.f. living space and 1,000 s.f. of garage and covered lanai. This project was designed by Alwynn Trigg-Smith Architects, known for his elaborate roof lines and island-plantation style designs. Landmark Builders provided this custom framing job, which included over 70 exposed roof members, for high-end home builder, Carvalho Construction.
